Many thanks for your recent work at this address, with which we are very pleased. The new fascias, soffits, guttering and repointing have markedly improved the appearance of both original building and extension.

Your attention to detail, workmanship and materials confirmed the view we formed when we first watched you working across the road. Having had the opportunity of examining the actual roof infra-structure we have every confidence that you have provided a long-life solution.

Thank you too for your careful integration with my neighbour’s recent installation; we are just very glad that we resisted the temptation to go for the same, cheaper, solution!

At a future date we shall want to discuss a similar exercise on my son’s property.
