Our 100th Five Star Review

The 30th of September 2019, saw an event take place that was special to us and could be important to you if you’re about to choose someone to replace the roofline of your house.
Essex Fascias reached the milestone moment, our red letter day so to speak, when we received our 100th customer 5-star review [60 on yell.com & 40 on Google]. Whilst some of our competitors have one or two, most have none at all.

I am absolutely delighted to reach this milestone and would like to thank Mr and Mrs Curtis in Lexden [see below] for the hundredth review and equal thanks to all our previous customers. If we sound a bit big headed then I apologise for blowing our own trumpet, but as a customer said to me a couple of weeks ago, there’s nobody else to blow it for you and we should be extremely proud to be in this position. Which we are!

So, why are reviews so important?

Well, we hear all the time from customers when working on their homes and see the results of other past work they have commissioned, be it a sizable project like a conservatory or as simple as a garden gate. They often lament that it is not as good as it could have been, because the truth of the matter is, it is one of the hardest jobs to consistently choose the best and most competent person to carry out work on your property. If you choose a larger business that goes heavy on guarantees, this has nothing to do with quality of work and one could end up very disappointed. You also still do not now who is carrying out the actual work on your house, so then you might need their guarantees to put right the faults that have been created. If however you engage someone with good reviews – hey, like ourselves for instance! – then it is highly unlikely that after weeks and  weeks of us producing 5 star work, we suddenly go and produce the worst job in the world, especially for you – it’s just not going to happen! 
We have truly earnt every review we have, and paying attention to the experience of our previous customers from possibly just a week or two, is a much better & solid guarantee of good work and is by far the best path to take.

So it is inevitable that I’m going to say to all our potential customers reading this, please think very carefully who you choose to work on your home, which after all, is normally your biggest asset. If you want top quality workmanship and a perfect result, then you know who to call.
