Our 200th Five Star Review

The 19th of December 2022, saw an event take place that was so special to us and could be important to you if you’re about to choose someone to replace the roofline of your house.
Essex Fascias reached another milestone moment, another red letter day so to speak, when we received our 200th customer 5-star review [116 on yell.com & 84 on Google]. Whilst some of our competitors have one or two, most have none at all!

So, why are reviews so important?

Well, we hear all the time from customers when working on their homes and see the results of other past work they have commissioned, be it a sizable project like a conservatory or as simple as a garden gate. They often lament that it is not as good as it could have been, because the truth of the matter is, it is one of the hardest jobs to consistently choose the best and most competent person to carry out work on your property. 

One instance that we came across recently was a conservatory that had double doors that opened on to a nice garden or would have done if the doors opened – or had ever opened. I offered to put them in touch with someone who could help but they declined, the doors had been like that for so long, they were resigned to the fact that they were never going to open…
How sad is that?

If you choose a larger business for more of a cast-iron guarantee, this has nothing to do with quality of work provided and you could end up very disappointed. You still do not know who is carrying out the actual work on your house, so you might need their guarantee to put right faults that crept into the install.

If you choose a smaller business for more of a simple or cost effective approach then please do read our not all Roofline quotes are equal although this does apply to larger businesses as well.

So it’s not easy…

However, if you engage someone with good reviews – hey like ourselves for instance! – then it is highly unlikely that after weeks and weeks of us producing 5 star quality work for your friends and neighbours, we suddenly go and produce the worst job in the world especially for you!
It’s just not going to happen! 

We have truly earnt every review we have and paying attention to the experiences of our previous customers from possibly just a week or two, is a much better & more solid guarantee of good work and is by far the best path to take.

So it is inevitable that I’m going to say to all our potential customers reading this, please think very carefully who you choose to work on your home, which after all, is normally your biggest asset. If you want top quality workmanship and a perfect result, then you know who to call.
